Jessica Conley brings a lifetime of community connection and a genuine passion for homes to her new role as a real estate salesperson with Eliason Realty of the North. A longtime resident of St Germain, Jessica has spent years building relationships throughout the Northwoods, from Eagle River to Minocqua, through her work in education, caregiving, and customer service.

Jessica earned her Bachelor's degree in Special Education, with a minor in English Literature, from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She has spent much of her career working with children and families as a Special Education Paraprofessional and Substitute Teacher for the Northland Pines School District, roles that sharpened her communication skills, patience, and ability to understand what people truly need. Earlier in her career, she served as a Master Teacher at a private therapeutic school in Illinois, where she created individualized learning plans and coordinated closely with families and school districts.

Jessica has also worked as a Hygiene Coordinator for a local dental office, where she managed scheduling, patient communication, and administrative details with care and precision, and she currently works as a caregiver for an elderly client in Minocqua, continuing a lifelong commitment to helping others. Her varied local experience, from managing the produce department at Camp's Fresh Market to leading youth programs at the Plum Lake Library, reflects her deep ties to the St Germain community and her comfort wearing many hats.

What draws Jessica to real estate is simple: she has always had an eye for a home's potential. Whether it's a lakeside cabin or a quiet piece of Northwoods land, she enjoys helping people see not just what a property is, but what it could become. Combined with her organizational strength, written communication skills, and genuine care for the people she works with, Jessica helps her clients find a place to call home in the Northwoods she loves.
